TCC Automail TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Please read these terms and conditions carefully ("user agreement"). You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by accessing or otherwise using this web site. 

Important information about this legal contract.
By checking the box below and then accessing this web site you automatically agree to this user agreement.
 

Acceptance of contract terms.
This user agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and TCC Automail, The Computer Company, Inc.  Please note that "you" and "your" refer to a Customer of TCC Automail, The Computer Company, Inc. With "Customer" we refer to any party that uses the site.  By using this site you acknowledge that you have read the agreement and you comply with all that is written; if you don't agree with these terms and conditions, do not use this site and do not check the box. 

You agree to these 3 points:

1)     You agree to use the TCC AutoMail system as an opt-in permissions based emailing system. You agree to not use our system for sending out unsolicited bulk or spam email.

2)     We agree that your Email Data that you collect will never be sold or shared with outside parties and your Customers' e-mail addresses will never be exposed. Ownership of the e-mail contacts submitted by the Customer to The Computer Company, Inc (TCC) will remain the property of the Customer. Those harvested and provided to the Customer by TCC are excluded from this arrangement. Upon termination the Customer e-mail database will be returned to the client. The e-mails are available for export at any time by client.

3)     The Customer understands that there are two ways to pay for and use the TCC AutoMail system.

a.      Option I (one-time setup fee with monthly subscription fees)

                                                              i.      A $499 one time setup fee that will be charged to the Customer's Credit Card.  This fee is non-refundable and is used to setup the system the first time and send out the "Welcome Kit".

                                                             ii.      The Customer understands that there is a $99 monthly ongoing subscription fee that will be charged to the Customer's Credit Card in advance of the given month.  This fee is non-refundable once paid.

                                                           iii.      The Customer can cancel at any time by giving a 30 day written notice.  Once cancelled, all future transactions will be stopped.

b.      Option II (one year agreement with no setup fee)

                                                              i.      The $499 one time setup fee is waived with a one year non-cancelable agreement.

                                                             ii.      The customer understands that there is a one year non-cancelable $149 monthly ongoing subscription fee that will be charged to the customer's credit card in advance of the given month.

                                                            iii.      Once a customer has fully paid a year, the customer can cancel at any time by giving a 30 day written notice.  Once cancelled, all future transactions will be stopped.

By using this web site you automatically agree to this user agreement, and all the points above.
